These Terms explain what robotatut.pl is, what you can do here, what you pay for, what is not allowed and what happens when something goes wrong. We keep it simple; if anything is unclear, write to us.
The robotatut.pl platform is run by INGVARR Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Katowice. Full registration details and the address are at the bottom of this page.
Point of contact for users and for authorities (including matters under the Digital Services Act (DSA)): the e-mail address given at the bottom of the page. We write in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Platform — the robotatut.pl website and the phone app.
Account — your place on the Platform, which you sign in to with an e-mail address and password or with a Google account.
Person — someone who is looking for work, contracts or people and keeps a profile.
Company — a business with a NIP (tax ID) number (or its equivalent in another country) that has a company page on the Platform. A company account is run by a person acting on the company's behalf.
Job — a company's job advertisement.
Contract — work to be done, posted by a person or a company (e.g. a renovation), together with contractors' offers for that contract.
Service — an ongoing service offered by a person or a company (e.g. a hairdresser, a car repair shop), sometimes with a calendar and booking.
Content — everything you add: profile, CV, photos, posts, reels, stories, comments, ads, messages.
Paid services — company plans, a job without a subscription, boosts, feed ads and Premium.
robotatut.pl is a place where people and companies find each other: profile and CV, jobs, contracts and services, the feed, messages, calls between contacts.
We are not an employer or an agency that hires anyone. We are not a party to the agreements you make on the Platform or through it — for work, a contract, a service or a booking. We do not promise that you will find a job, a worker or a contractor.
You pay each other directly for contracts and services. The Platform does not accept this money, takes no commission on it and never asks in a chat for a transfer “through the portal”.
Searching, having a profile, writing, adding posts, photos and stories, applying for jobs and chatting with contacts are always free. You pay only for the paid services described in re_11–re_13.
Adults (18 and over). Anyone looking for work is responsible for being legally allowed to work in the country where the work is.
Companies that operate lawfully and have a genuine NIP number. A company that employs foreign nationals is responsible for employing them legally.
One person — one account. Your account is personal: you don't hand it over or sell it to anyone.
When you register, you enter an e-mail address and password or sign in with a Google account. We don't ask for your phone number. The details you give must be true: we delete accounts that use someone else's name, someone else's photo or someone else's company.
One account has two roles: person and company. You switch between them with one tap, without entering your password again. What you see and what you can do depends on the role you are in at the moment.
A company can have a team: the owner invites people and gives them team roles (e.g. manager, recruiter, HR officer). The company owner is responsible for what the team does on the company's behalf, decides who can pay and can remove access at any time.
Never share your password. We confirm every new sign-in to your account with a “New sign-in” e-mail; if it wasn't you, tap “That wasn't me” and change your password.
A person applies for a job with one button — the company then sees their profile and CV.
When a person turns on “Looking for work”, companies can find them and see their CV. When “Looking for work” is off, a company can only ask for the CV (“Ask for CV”), and the person agrees or not. The person sees every time a company opens their CV in “Who viewed”. You can hide a chosen company.
A message from someone who is not one of your contacts goes to “Requests” — you reply if you want to. Voice and video calls are only possible between contacts.
Contact goes through the Platform. The portal hides phone numbers and addresses typed into text — this protects against scammers and spam.
To protect people from spam, the Platform has limits, e.g. on the number of contact invitations per day. After many declined invitations in a row, sending invitations is paused for 24 hours; the rest of the account works as usual.
You can block anyone. A blocked person can't message you, call you or see your content.
A job describes real work: what has to be done, where, under what type of contract and for how much (the rate is given in the currency of the country where the work is).
It is not allowed to: ask a candidate for money in any form (a fee for the job, a deposit, training, medical checks, accommodation, workwear, “reserving a place”), advertise work without a contract, discriminate (e.g. on grounds of sex, age, origin, nationality, religion, disability) or publish a job on behalf of another company without its consent.
A new company's first ad is reviewed by a human moderator before it is published. An ad runs for 30 days; after that you can extend it or close it.
Employment agencies and temporary work agencies are responsible for having the required registry entry (in Poland: KRAZ).
An agency marks this in the job ad and gives its KRAZ register number; moderation checks it once, and the ad then shows “Employment agency · KRAZ no.”. The job title does not point to a gender (e.g. “Welder (f/m)”), and a pay rate or range is required in every job ad.
A contract is posted by a person or a company; contractors make offers and the client chooses. You agree the terms, price, deadline and payment between yourselves — the Platform is not a party and is not responsible for the work being done.
The contractor is responsible for holding the required certificates, settling taxes and doing the work lawfully.
Booking in a service calendar: the customer chooses a free time slot; the contractor confirms the booking personally or turns on automatic confirmation. A visit can be cancelled or changed with one tap up to 12 hours before (the contractor can set 2, 12 or 24 hours); after that, with a short message. The Platform takes no prepayments and no cancellation fees; payment for the service is made on the spot, between you.
The content you add is yours. By adding it, you allow us — free of charge and for as long as it is on the Platform — to show it on the Platform and in the app, make thumbnails of it, machine-translate it into the Platform's languages and show it in search results on the Platform. When you delete content, we stop using it (except for backups, which expire on their own, and except for anything someone else has already forwarded in a chat).
An “Everyone” post can be seen by anyone with access to the feed and can be promoted; a “Contacts only” post is seen only by contacts and has no ads next to it. Stories disappear after 24 hours.
Machine translation can be inaccurate. The original is always binding — “Show original” is one tap away.
Add only what you have the right to: your own photos, videos and texts, or other people's — with the consent of the author and of the people shown in them.
On the Platform you may not:
• publish illegal content, threats, harassment, hate speech, adult content or violence;
• impersonate another person, company, public authority or robotatut.pl;
• publish other people's data or photos without consent;
• ask for money up front, BLIK codes, card details, passwords or SMS codes;
• publish fake jobs, contracts, services or reviews;
• get around contact hiding (e.g. a number put in a photo or split into parts), limits or blocks;
• send spam or advertising other than paid feed ads;
• collect data from the Platform with automated tools, copy databases of people and companies, or create accounts in bulk;
• attack the Platform or look for vulnerabilities in it without our consent (report a vulnerability to us — thank you).
If these rules are broken, we can remove content, restrict an account or delete it (re_14).
Prices, plan contents and limits are on the “Pricing” page. The Pricing page is part of these Terms.
• Monthly company plans — Start (free: one trial listing), Standard, Max, Pro, Premium: number of listings, bumps and gold frames per month and other limits.
• Listing without a plan — a job, service or order for 30 days, also in the “Noticeable” and “Maximum” bundles.
• Boosts — bump, “Urgent”, gold frame, notification to matching people.
• Ads in the feed and Reels — for 7 or 30 days. Before you pay, we show a forecast of how many people will see it; it's a forecast, not a promise.
• Premium for individuals — including “Who viewed” for 90 days and more file storage; monthly or yearly.
Prices are gross prices, the same for everyone. Unused listings and bumps from a plan do not carry over to the next month.
Paid services are bought on the robotatut.pl website. We don't sell anything in the phone app.
You pay in advance through the payment operator Przelewy24: BLIK, card, Google Pay or instant bank transfer. Everyone pays the same gross price. A company receives a VAT invoice in KSeF (National e-Invoice System) in which this amount is split into net and VAT; an individual receives a payment confirmation by e-mail.
A service starts once the payment is received. If a payment fails, we charge nothing and nothing changes.
Nothing renews automatically. We remind you 7 days and 1 day before the end. When a plan ends, the company moves to the free Start plan: the account, draft ads, applications and chats stay; ads over the Start limit wait in drafts.
In a company, payments can be made by the owner and by people the owner has allowed to pay, up to a set amount.
Price changes: we announce new prices at least 30 days in advance. They don't apply to a period you have already paid for.
A feed ad is reviewed by a human moderator before it is first shown. If an ad is rejected, we refund the full amount.
Every ad is labelled “Sponsored” and has a “Why am I seeing this?” note: who is paying and what we used to choose the audience (profession and location — city or region). There are no ads in the “Contacts” filter or next to “Contacts only” posts. We limit how often ads are shown so they don’t get in the way (how many times to one person and how densely in the feed); you can hide any ad and you won’t see it again.
The advertiser is responsible for the content of the ad. The advertiser sees only totals (views, clicks), never people's data.
You buy an ad for a number of days, not a number of views: we show it for the whole period you paid for, under the rules above. The number of views shown before payment is a forecast for the chosen group, not a promise. If the group is very small, we'll suggest how to widen it before you pay.
Money for an ad is refunded only if: moderation did not approve it (in full), or the ad was not shown through the service's fault (we extend it by those days and, if you ask, refund the money for them). If you delete the post yourself, change it to “Contacts only”, or moderation removes the ad for breaking the Terms, the money is not refunded. When it ends, you get the results: views, visits, messages.
Anyone, even without an account, can report content that breaks the law or these Terms — with the “Report” button or the “Report illegal content” form. We handle reports without undue delay and tell the person who reported the outcome.
Some content is checked by a program first (e.g. it hides contacts in text and stops requests for money). The program does not block accounts on its own.
We can: remove or hide content, limit its visibility, suspend an ad, restrict account features, suspend the account or delete it. You always receive a statement of reasons: what, why, on what basis (the law or these Terms) and whether the decision was made by a person or a program.
You can appeal within 6 months of the decision — on the Platform (“Appeal”), free of charge. An appeal is always reviewed by a person. You can also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body (Art. 21 DSA) or go to court.
Anyone who often publishes manifestly illegal content or often sends manifestly unfounded reports is, after a warning, suspended from using the Platform or the report form for a period.
When content suggests a threat to people's life or safety, we notify the police or the public prosecutor.
For companies (businesses), we announce suspension or deletion of the account with a statement of reasons at least 30 days in advance — unless the law requires otherwise or the case involves fraud, illegal content or repeated breaches of these Terms; then we act immediately and still give the reason.
Search results: first the local area (the chosen city and radius), then the rest of the country. Profession sets the order but hides nothing — a matching profession ranks higher, others lower. After that, distance and freshness decide (a new or bumped job, an active service). You can change the order (e.g. “Nearest”, “Newest”).
Paid highlights — bump, gold frame, “Urgent”, feed ad — change the position in results or in the feed and are always labelled. An ad in results is at most one “Sponsored” row per section, never at the very top of the list.
The plan also affects the order in one place: on the free Start plan, a job ranks lower than jobs on paid plans after 7 days (described on the Pricing page).
The feed shows posts newest first. You can change the “All”, “Contacts”, “Companies” and “My profession” filters at any time; to select posts and ads we use nothing but profession and location (city or region).
The Platform does not rate people or companies: there are no rankings, stars or “average rate”.
If you buy as a consumer, or as a person running a sole-trader business and the purchase is not of a professional nature for you, you have 14 days to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason — write to us or use “Request a refund” in “Invoices and payments”.
If you ask for a service to start immediately (e.g. bump, gold frame, Premium):
• a one-off service that has been fully performed cannot be withdrawn from — we will ask you to confirm this explicitly before payment;
• for a time-based service (Premium, a plan), we refund the amount for the unused part of the period.
We refund money within 14 days by the same method it was paid; for companies we issue a corrective invoice.
If a paid service does not work as we described, file a complaint: with the button in “Invoices and payments”, to our e-mail address or by letter to the company's address. Tell us what happened and what you expect. We reply within 14 days; if we don't reply within that time, the complaint is deemed accepted.
Consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta): if a digital service does not conform to the agreement — bringing it into conformity, a price reduction or withdrawal from the agreement. Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution — through the regional inspectorate of the Inspekcja Handlowa (Trade Inspection) or through a municipal or district rzecznik konsumentów (consumer ombudsman).
We are responsible for the Platform working as we describe it and for keeping your data secure (Privacy policy).
We don't check all content in advance — users add it. We act when we receive a report or notice ourselves content that breaks the law or these Terms. The “Verified company” badge means only that the company's NIP is in a public register — it is not an assessment of the company.
We are not responsible for agreements between users (work, contract, service, booking): pay, quality of work, accommodation, payments. If you have been scammed, report it to us and to the police.
The Platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or an outage; we announce planned maintenance. Voice and video calls depend on the network: they don't replace a phone and are not for calling for help — in an emergency, call 112.
Towards companies (businesses), we are not liable for lost profits; our liability towards a company is limited to the amount the company paid us in the last 12 months. This does not limit liability for damage caused intentionally or consumer rights.
You can leave at any time: Settings → “Delete account”, without giving a reason. For 30 days you can come back by signing in to the account; after that we delete it permanently. What is kept (e.g. invoices) is described in the Privacy policy.
A paid-for period of a paid service can't be transferred to anyone and is lost when the account is deleted — except for refunds under re_16. A company account is deleted by the company owner.
The agreement to use the Platform ends when the account is permanently deleted.
We will notify you of a change on the Platform and by e-mail at least 15 days before it takes effect; you will see the date and “What has changed” at the top of this page. If you don't accept the change, you can delete your account before it takes effect — at no cost. A change does not apply to services already paid for.
We use a shorter notice period only when the law requires it or when there is an urgent threat to users' security.
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection given to them by the laws of the country where they live and can sue us in the court of their place of residence. Disputes with companies are settled by the court competent for the registered office of INGVARR Sp. z o.o.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
These Terms are available in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English; in the event of any differences, the Polish version is binding.
