How to delete your account
Read how to delete your account in the “robotatut — work and people” app and what happens to your data. No sign-in needed.
Four steps
- Sign in — in the app or on the website.
- Open “Account”.
- At the bottom of the settings choose “Delete account”.
- Enter your password and confirm. You disappear from the portal at once. For 30 days you can come back — just log in with your password; after that we erase the account for good.
We send the confirmation to the e-mail address the account was created with — on the day we erase it for good.
What we delete
- profile, questionnaire and certificates
- photos and videos — from the profile, from chats and from posts
- posts in the feed, comments and stories
- messages, voice notes and video notes from chats
- contacts, handshakes and saved job ads
- the business card — a printed QR code stops working
After 30 days the deletion can no longer be undone. A new account has to be created from scratch.
What stays, and why
- Applications sent to companies stay with them — with the text and the date, but without your name, number, e-mail address and profile link. A file a company had already downloaded stays with that company — that can't be undone.
- A company’s accounting documents — 5 years, as bookkeeping law requires. This does not concern a worker’s account: a worker buys nothing here.
- The technical record that a letter left the portal — 30 days, already without the e-mail address.
No longer able to sign in?
Write to kontakt@robotatut.pl from the address the account was created with — we will delete it by hand.
